3. Server Usage for Multiplayer Mods: Multiplayer mods must run over the servers of Territorial.io to ensure gameplay consistency and security.

Mod Creator Obligations:
Mod creators are obligated to provide accurate and sufficient contact information to users. This facilitates communication and support and ensures accountability and transparency. Such information must be readily available to all users of the mod.


5. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Creator will not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Game.


6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.


7. Termination

The Creator reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Game for any user, without any notice or reason, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms, including the unauthorized creation or use of mods.
