Answers to some of the most common questions about Territorial.io.

I forgot my account password. How can I regain access to my account?

You can recover your password only if you previously registered an email address for your account. Email registration is available only for accounts with at least 100 Gold.
Open the Game Menu and select Account Recovery. Enter your 5-letter Account Name and the registered email address. Your password will be sent to that email if the account you are currently logged into has more than 2 Gold.

What can I do if a player behaves unfairly or breaks the rules?

Use the report system. Try to report the player with as much report power as possible, as reports can impose Gold costs on the reported player. If your report power is too low, try to become an Admin to increase it.
If the penalty is still too weak, try to convince other players to report the player as well, ideally once per day, until the player changes their behavior.
